Everything! From our checkin through to our check out. Pierce welcomed us on arrival, and he was absolutely wonderful. So happy and welcoming.
The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great - something for everyone. The hot tubs were an added bonus and the location was perfect.
This is our second time staying, and we will definitely stay here again, if we ever make it back to Ouray.

The hot springs were amazing. I am so impressed with what they have done with this facility. The tiki bar is great and the breakfast was perfect. I will for sure come back.

I loved the tea station. The staff were amazing. My room was cleaned routinely. The pool hour is a plus. There were plenty of choice on breakfast menu.
