Hotel was clean and staff friendly....the amenities were clean and well maintained..the hotel is Close proximity to universal ...shuttles every 5 mins and up to 2am if you want to hang out on city walk after hours....the early park entry is an awesome plus to get on those new attractions especially in islands of adventure and its walking distance to volcano bay...all in all....the perfect resort!

This is our second time staying at Opal Sands. We loved our first visit, and this time we traveled with my parents. I requested connecting rooms, and the hotel manager helped arrange them and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The view was fantastic. The pantry was always stocked with bottled water and snacks, which my kid absolutely loved. A 10/10 stay for families!

The room were decent and clean. The tickets to the water park was nice but the pool wasn’t heated enough. It was still kind of cold when we tried going to the water slide part. However, we had to stay in the first pool area because it seemed to be warm. During our stay the weather was very cold as well.

It is a resort hotel- it’s huge, right on the beach, and with pools so you have a choice (depending upon weather/wind/currents). Everything is clean and everyone is smiling. Restaurants on site are versatile, there is a coffee shop and a gym, we had good, long weekend.

Everything was great. There's a bus system, so if you're not in a hurry, there's a bus that will stop by every 30 minutes free with the resort stay!!
