GermanyThe staff was exeptionally friendly, we felt so welcome when we arrived there after a long flight. Also the staff was extremely helpful, when we had some issues, which had to be solved by phone but our mobile phone didn´t work in the United States. (Many thanks especially to Jack who was so extremely helpful and patient but also to all of the other staff!!!)
The room was perfect with very comfortable beds / mattresses (usually hotel beds are very hard, but at Drury Inns the beds are soft and at the same time very supporting).
Breakfast choices were perfect, we especially enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits and the grits. At night there was a dinner with great choices (also with some healthy ones like salad, vegetables, potatoes). There were free soft drinks and tea/coffee at all times and there was a popcorn machine (our kids loved it!).
There also was a nice pool. The location was good, everything was easy to reach from there.
This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn. After that positive experience we stayed at other Drury Inns several times along our road trip afterwards. The Drury Inn has become our favorite hotel brand! If we come back to Austin, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

A beautiful new hotel who external pictures don’t do it justice. Rooms are big and comfortable with super comfortable beds and pillows. Loved El Paso when we lived there thirty years and still like it very much, especially the food. We haven't had Tex-Mex like El Paso Tex-Mex since we left in 1995.
