The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it difficult for us to get out of it in the morning. The balcony provided a stunning view of the mountains and the picturesque sunset. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the hot tub, which offered the same breathtaking view. The location itself was awe-inspiring.

The location is fabulous - breath taking views over the mountains. All staff were very friendly and always attentive. Breakfast was lovely - coffee with an amazing view and the choices on the menu great, out favorite was the salmon/pea puree toast, yummy! We also hit the bar a couple of times and burger, brisket & chicken sandwich were excellent - paired with craft beer on tap. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake nearby where we did stand up paddling. There are numerous hiking trails leaving right from the resort - again, beautiful scenery, all well marked. The room was a standard size, two comfy beds and a completely remodeled, modern bathroom. We stayed in 322 - nice mountain view yet the view on the other side is even better. Winthrop is an idyllic little town with many eclectic boutiques and good restaurant options - our favorite by far was Jupiter. So all in all - highly recommendable to stay at the lodge. There a number of highly critical reviews and we were honestly rather skeptical when driving up to the lodge. We cannot judge what may have went wrong with others, yet from our experience of staying here for days we can give a clear 5 star rating!l

I really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Eagle Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. We didn’t visit the casino, but the hotel itself felt relaxing and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was right there. I’d definitely stay again!

The room was nicely appointed with a lake view "to die for"! This property is in the perfect spot...... next to a beautiful City park and a gorgeous view of the lake! AND a nice pool! The complimentary continental breakfast was really good with a beautiful view of the lake from the third floor dining room.

Right next to a beautiful beach. The distillery next door provided free samples and excellent service from Theodore. The staff were very polite and pet friendly. The restaurant provided good food and entertainment. Lovely pool and it was open at 7 am. The room was basic , but clean and comfy.

Donald told us the place was a battle zone.
Donald told us the place was a battle zone. I didn't see that. I saw a healthy, diverse, bustling city full of tourists and a thriving economy. Did Donald lie to us? There is still a problem of homelessness that needs to be addressed. There needs to be more affordable housing and shelters for the poor. But, I guess that's a national problem. Regardless, I had a great time, ate well, attended excellent concerts, found fun bars and friendly people. Also, they seem to know coffee here. No wonder they are sleepless.

Incredible town, especially during the Dec Christmas festival season. It's charming and fun and 100% worth visiting during this time at least once. The food is very good, there's plenty of outdoor activities nearby. There's something for everyone.

it was a short trip for a convention, had a great time, city seems safe and walked the 10 minutes every morning. breakfast was great with lots of variety and well stocked. would recommend to anyone, pool looked very inviting and warm, didn't have a chance to use.

I cancelled this room 4 days prior to arrival as per the state of WA asking visitors to not come because of extensive flooding. I was billed in full anyway despite a written request for a refund. Shame on you

It was close to the airport which works for me and the Korean church was also four minutes away which I attended every morning and I went to La Fitness almost everyday which was also not far from the property and Korean markets like H mart was close and the Korean restaurants were close
I went to Mt Rainier on Saturday and the drive was not bad however the line was over a mile and a half long which was not good

Bellingham has a really nice safe vibe. Family friendly, no skyscrapers, easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants, coffee houses etc.We much preferred it to the big city vibe in Seattle. Walking along the bay in Boulevard Park at sunset with the all the families was a joy.

I would not recommend Everett to anybody.
I would not recommend Everett to anybody. I know for a place to stay it’s noisy. It’s got a lot of homeless. People and hotels are dirty not kept up. Just not an all-around family kind of a place for vacation.

This is such a beautiful area to visit any time of year! This trip was in the fall and the fall colors didn't disappoint! It was so beautiful even if it did rain a bit. I also love the Vancouver farmer's markets, food trucks, gluten free and vegan options, shopping, Mochi donuts (GF/DF at the farmer's market or otherwise in Portland) and the people. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and very accepting. I also love hiking nearby and the ability to drive to the beach!
