I was in room 442 , the house keeping staff mr abdulhafez and mr ahmed bader where very caring and excellent , reception staff were excelent also and the lady called sara in the indian restrant ,all staff were profestional and caring

Offering rooms with views of the Mediterranean Sea and El Montazah Royal Gardens, AIFU Hotel El Montazah Alexandria is situated in Alexandria. The resort has 2 restaurants and an outdoor pool. I left behind a lot of money in the safe. Omar the General manager, went through great lengths to ensure that I got it all back even though I had left the country. Fantastic hotel and amazing service!! I will be back
