The beds and pillows are heavenly. The temperature of the rooms was perfect always. Very kind in accommodating early check in and late checkout. I’m really impressed.

He was always available, offering all kinds of support. He even sent delicious local desserts to our room. No matter the time, Fady was always available and answered any questions, including providing recommendations about the city. The service from the bellboy, Yousef, was also excellent. The hotel has many attractions. We went to a wedding, and the facilities were quite beautiful. 100% recommended.
