Isac helped us a lot & in depth with travel arrangements, Everybody else was also very kind, as is the whole island. Generally, the worst thing that can happen in Sumatra, is that people will be upset with themselves after a language misunderstanding. How anyone would be angry with people so genuinely nice all the time, I don't know ;-)

Staff are super friendly and helpful (kudos to boru Juntak and her colleagues) My mom lost her sunglasses, and it had been gone for a day or so, but the staff was striving to find the sunglasses, and they found it! The breakfast could be better, for lunch and dinner we had to rely on the hotel, menu to be paid at the restaurant is fine. Overall great!
