"Lekker gezellig" fits perfectly for this dive resort. The staff always takes the time for a friendly conversation and is super helpful. Greis and Inka really made a difference to our stay. Everything we need is arranged very quickly. The pickup from the airport was very well organized. We have enjoyed the food, both indonesian and Manadonese dishes, it is very fulfilling and accommodating to our preferences and needs. Breakfast is a pleasant surprise every morning and always comes with bread, fresh fruits and local coffee. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We really like the terrace with the view, too. The pool is awesome for relaxing and bird watching. Additionally, the owner appears to be very involved and genuinely cares about the guests' happiness. We love the jungle vibe of the resort, very peaceful, with many birds and other beautiful creatures around. The jetty through the mangrove really adds to the experience, a perfect location to do mindblowing dives.  I would recommend lekker gezellig to anyone who enjoys the jungle experience and is looking for warm North-Sulawesi hospitality.

Wawowow is a very special place. But it’s not for everyone. If you want to be away from city sounds and pollution, way out in the peace of the countryside among farms and mountain views — and if you are a person who enjoys the ruggedness of tent or A-frame cabin camping, then you will love Wawowow. Alvin has built this off-the-grid retreat himself, adding to it each year. He and his staff are caring and helpful. The well laid out grounds are covered in lawns and most if not all tents and cabins have small brick firepits. Alvin can provide the firewood for them. When I was there a number of people sat around these campfires at night singing and playing guitars. No sound amplification is allowed. Some people chose to stay on the grounds for several days. I used it as a jumping off place each morning to tour different parts of the Tomohon area each day., returning each evening.

We spent 6 days there and saw wonders under the water. Perfect place for rest, relaxation and diving!

This was one of my favorite stays in Indonesia. The view from the room was amazing, the staff were very friendly and the food was the best on my trip. The vibe of Bunaken is very relaxed and the snorkeling is amazing right in front of the Panorama Cottages. If you stay at Panorama Cottages you will eat with the guests from Panorama Backpackers, and there is a lot of great company. I tried snorkeling directly in front of the property and also joined a tour. Both are worth it. The fish and turtles on the reef are incredible, and the prices are excellent for the tours and equipment rental. I also appreciated the quality of the rental equipment because you never know what you will get when you rent.

Our stay at Nomad Divers Bangka was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Marijn, the incredibly friendly owner. We shared some great conversations with him over a beer and even spent a few fun evenings playing dice together, it really felt like staying with friends. The bungalows are beautiful, traditional Indonesian-style, full of charm and comfort. The diving here is world-class, with some of the most stunning marine life we’ve ever seen. If you love diving, this place is paradise. And let’s talk about the food: incredible. Out of the three resorts we visited in Indonesia, this one had by far the best meals. Every dish was delicious, fresh, and varied, a real highlight of the stay. You can also take a nice 30-minute walk through the forest to reach a nearby village, which we really enjoyed, peaceful and easy to do. This place is not just about diving or relaxing, it’s about connection, nature, and genuine people. Highly, highly recommended. I really hope we can come back one day! Arthur & Ella

Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort and Spa se nachází ve městě Manado, 16 km od přístavu Manado, a nabízí venkovní bazén a wellness centrum. Na místě je bar. Všechny pokoje mají posezení na balkoně. Staff was very attentive. Dives were amazing. Everything is perfect. When you are in the pool they rush to bring you a nice cold ice tea. Food is amazing, they even served eclaires as a dessert :). Big Cottage has a great view, very nice balcony. They wash everything for you, they give you hot towels and cookies after a dive, they have danish pastry, great homemade ice cream, there is a JBL music box in the room, and yes a nice bar.

Thalassa Dive & Wellbeing Resort se může pochlubit 1 venkovním bazénem ve stínu džunglových zahrad, restaurací, salonkem a kavárnou. Amazing resort for diving and other activities. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean and have large windows, which gives the feeling to be in the middle of nature. The diving equipment, boat and guides are great and allow for excellent diving experience. However, don't miss to do the activities as well. The local guides are really nice people and can tell a lot about the local life and things to see on the tours. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Siladen Resort & Spa is an eco-friendly beachfront resort with an outdoor pool, a private beach area and a restaurant overlooking the ocean. What an extraordinary place. Extremely comfortable cottages with lovely indoor/outdoor baths. Location is incredible along the coast of this small coral island. The staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful and kind I've ever met and of course, the diving is extraordinary!
