The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a touch of Sri Lankan charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was a highlight — fresh, local, and full of flavour. I especially loved the traditional Sri Lankan meals they served. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the South Coast. Will definitely visit again!

The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.

In my view, this is the top eco-friendly resort in Sri Lanka. They prepare delicious meals using fresh, organic vegetables straight from their garden, which truly enhances the sustainable experience. The only minor drawback I noticed is that they could use a few more staff members to make operations even smoother. Despite that, it’s a fantastic place that perfectly blends nature and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Everything. The staff were amazing and were always ready too help with anything. It rained the entire time we were there so we couldn’t sightsee much. The satellite tv stations and the exquisite meals made up for it. The bathroom had a deep bathtub with great shower pressure. One of the highlights was the heating blankets which made a difference in the cold nights. We would definitely return again.

The Farm Resorts is located on the shores of the Castlereigh Lake in Dickoya. The Resort has barbecue facilities and terraced garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the a la carte restaurant. There is a gorgeous walk on the property, and the room has a breath taking view of the lake. The staff were fantastic-we had a butler who was amazing- and the property is very peaceful and quiet.
