The vegetable curry is the best i've had! Luxurious and well made huts. A lot of room, musquito net and musquito spray/diffuser. There is a authentical beach next to the hotel and it makes for a perfect walk with great vieuws of the fisherman and their boats.

Their staff were absolutely wonderful! I think this was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The grounds are gorgeous, the food is amazing (no point in trying food anywhere else)! I was there on my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake and song. Their kitchen staff anticipated my needs after 1 meal and started bringing me hot water with breakfast for my travel coffees that I brought. They were fun, friendly, and made good suggestions. As a single woman, I felt incredibly safe. My courtyard room did not have much of a view but it was so beautiful and just outside is a fountain and seating area that makes a nice white noise. The art and bunker are cool too.

Palm Beach Resort Ceylon exceeded all expectations! The beach is just steps away and perfect for a peaceful morning walk or sunset view. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The restaurant served delicious local seafood dishes—highly recommend the crab curry! We’ll definitely be back.
