One of the best experiences I had in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan are in general very warm and caring people, but these guys were exceptional. I had some problems with my bike on the way up, they picked me up and helped me to get it fixed. The contact was very easy and reliable over WhatsApp. Yes, the place is away from everything, but that’s what you‘re looking for if you go there and they make the access easy for you. They either send you the location to get there or pick you up and drive you safely with their jeep for the last part. Magic place, the cabin was simple but very clean, the perfect balance between being in nature and having a comfortable bed and good sanitaries. They offer very good breakfast, lunch and dinner and organise different tours to the rain forest (with transport). Thank you again for your help and for making my stay so special, I’d always come again!

This hotel is by far one of the most unique places you will ever visit. Perched on a hill in the middle of the Sri Lankan rainforest, the gorgeous architecture, view of the ocean and luxurious private villas (with private pools!) are pure bliss. Highlights include: - Infinity pool with views of he jungle and ocean - Excellent food across cuisines: a place that can deliver on an Italian seafood pasta and a perfect shrimp curry is hard to find! - The design and amenities in the villa: every item in the room was carefully hand picked creating an aesthetic that transports you to another place and time - The staff: every single person we met was dedicated to making our stay incredible

We had an incredible 3d2n stay at Sinharaja Kurulu Ella Eco Resort. Even before our stay, Janith and Manisha went above and beyond to make our trip to Sri Lanka enjoyable. The drive we had originally booked cancelled last minute, and they were able to quickly arrange transport for us from Colombo to the resort and even for the subsequent week of our trip. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, both the structures and the surrounding areas, which includes a path to a waterfall and gorgeous views of the rainforest. We ate each meal here and loved every single bite - the coconut sambal was some of the best in the world. For those with smaller stomachs, the portions are huge so it’s best to split a plate so as to avoid food waste. We originally booked the triple room with a view but when we saw the Superior Family Room, we immediately upgrades because it’s essentially a glass treehouse immersed in the jungle. We also booked a jungle tour through the resort and our guide Kumar took us on an incredible all day journey through a tea plantation to a rainforest, where we explored waterfalls and learned about the local flora. We are traveling through Sri Lanka for a few weeks and really this has been one of the highlights of our trip because of beautiful location, delicious food, the wonderful memories made on the jungle tour, and most importantly the compassion and kindness that were shown to us at every minute by Janith and Manisha. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Rooms were very clean..staff is very attentive for our needs. The location is excellent near to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. The location is amazing for beginners surfers, the hotel is in front of the island which is a good surfing spot for beginners.

Resort of Happiness se nachází ve čtvrti Mirissa Beach ve městě Mirissa, 500 metrů od místa pro pozorování velryb, a nabízí klimatizované pokoje, bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a výhled do... This was probably the best place to stay in the entire Srí Lanka. The room was quite big with a balcony and stunning sunset views and garden. I really appreciate multiple sockets as in some other places I have encountered only one socket, which was really bad to charge multiple electronic devices. The location is perfect, it's close to the beach and town center. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. She brought me 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. I will miss those breakfasts so much. I recommend staying in this place so bad that I wish to come back.

Naomi Beach Resort - Adults only se nachází v destinaci Weligama a poskytuje ubytování s venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, zahradou a soukromou pláží. This is an absolute gem, it is ocean front but hidden away from any main road noise. The only ‘noise’ is the wonderful sound of the ocean. The rooms are fantastic, large and the showers are modern and excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and the owner Chameera is often there himself keeping an eye on things. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, and it’s my new favourite place to stay. Thank you all for the excellent stay!

Set a top a picturesque singular promontory rising 40 m above the Indian Ocean, Cape Weligama - Relais and Chateaux is a cliff-top resort that features three dining options that include The Atlas, The... This is the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed with. The views are amazing, the food is delicious and abundant. The bar area has a gorgeous old world feel to it. The rooms are huge and perfectly appointed. I cannot rate this resort high enough, wish we had stayed longer!
