The service, we arrived very late, security let me in. Power was out, the whole island was out. In the morning the owner offered to help find a hotel that had generator. The location was good for me, a little out of town but peaceful. I decided to stay and she provided free breakfast; then the power came back on.

Small place with a great atmosphere, a home away from home. Super friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Nice little reef in front of the hotel, great for snorkelling. Food was really good too.

Situated in Badian, Cuestas Beach Resort and Restaurant features a private beach area, not sandbar. We have an amazing coral reefs around 130 mtrs. from shoreline. The staff were very kind, shout out to the receptionist (forgot her name). She had a lot of info to share. Breakfast was decent; there was a choice of 4 to choose from. Daily housekeeping. Refill of bottle water at the reception. The location of the hotel was lovely, beachfront (but I wouldn't swim in that water). The sunset view was gorgeous from the beach there. Pool was great. Bear in mind that there are a lot of steps to climb up and down. We didn't mind it. However, there was an elderly couple who had a little bit of difficulty to go to the beach. Overall, great hotel, very neat and clean. Definitely recommend and will probably stay again if I ever come back.
