More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

The villas are pure luxury, they are hugh! plenty of space for everyone, we traveled as a family of 6 people. Villas are very modern, new & clean, beds very comfy, amazing showers. Breakfast was plentiful, something for everyone, good value. We had room service, which arrived quickly & we used the spa which is very nice. We explored the city of HA LONG by buggy, the driver was great, he talked to us through Google Translate and told us all about his city & answered all the questions we had.

The location is amazing: in a calm area, far from the city center, in the middle of the nature. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, outside area is very cozy and chill. There's a restaurant in the property - the food is tasty and affordable.

We had the amazing time of our holiday at Vinpearl, the location was fabulous and the property almost out of this world. The Pool was great and so were the private islands. Breakfast was wholesome and what a spread, it was. The head chef made sure he walked around and ensured everybody got what they wanted. The property was just amazing at night and the transport speedboat every half and hour, was just great so we could step out anytime. On the whole, we loved the property and the entire experience we had at the hotel.

We’ve stayed at many five-star properties across the Asia-Pacific region – including IHG, InterContinental, and Marriott – and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. We dined at both open restaurants, La Baguette and Marina – each was exceptional. The A5 Wagyu was the best we’ve ever had, and the grilled chicken dish was truly outstanding. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views. But what made the stay truly unforgettable was the service – warm, personalised, and consistently attentive. Every staff member went out of their way to make our visit special with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Breakfast was another highlight, and we’d like to give a special shout-out to the young gentleman who introduced us to Vietnamese coffee – what a treat! You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created here. It’s a remarkable beginning and a recipe for long-term success. Wishing you all the best – until next time!

Very well-equipped accommodation, great view, self check-in, very helpful owner. We were able to check in at 01:00 because the night bus was 2 hours late, the host helped us a lot and was committed.

From start to finish the host was amazing, he came to meet us in the lobby and showed us to the apartment. We were surprised at how luxurious the apartment was given the cheap price. It was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was lovely to have a hot bath after a long day on the road. The view was great and the location of the apartment block was perfect as it was only a short ride to the ferry port in the morning.
