The outdoor bathtub overlooking the pool was a luxurious touch, and the room itself was warm and inviting. A special mention goes to Susan, who made our experience even more extraordinary. She was not only helpful upon our arrival but consistently attentive throughout our stay. Her passion for her work truly shines, and it made us feel so welcome and cared for. This place is a must! 5* star rooms and service in the middle of a jungle! The room looked amazing, you can sit on your terrace surrounded by forest! Everyone was mostly helpful and friendly. Food was good, the menu had both western and asian options, nice drinks in the bar as well. Highly recommended.

Despite the fact that, I and my family arrived a day before our booking date, Mr La Cao Cuong ensured he found hotel accommodation for me and my family that night, he also helped me to pack all my luggages to the hotel with his Motorcycle. On the day I was checking out, he was not around, he still made an arrangement with his wife and his son to help me pack my luggages with motorcycle without any charges!
