Our stay at Hamaya Home Hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional quality of their services. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is remarkable. The restaurant is a gem—each dish was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Their homemade lemonades were a refreshing delight, crafted to perfection. We stayed in the room with a view of the pool, which was absolutely stunning. The outdoor bathtub overlooking the pool was a luxurious touch, and the room itself was warm and inviting. A special mention goes to Susan, who made our experience even more extraordinary. She was not only helpful upon our arrival but consistently attentive throughout our stay. Her passion for her work truly shines, and it made us feel so welcome and cared for. This place is a must! 5* star rooms and service in the middle of a jungle! The room looked amazing, you can sit on your terrace surrounded by forest! Everyone was mostly helpful and friendly. Food was good, the menu had both western and asian options, nice drinks in the bar as well. Highly recommended.

The resort is located in the forest. I love the scenery here it's beautiful and chill and the food is delicious. What impressed me the most is that the staff are very friendly and speak English very well.

The staff were the only positive during the stay, they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We expected good facilities and nature to explore but disappointingly there was none of this and the staff kindly drove us to a nearby attraction.

My host is a wonderful and caring person. He is very spontaneous in responding to complaints, and offer immediate solution to any unexpected occurrences. Infact I have value for money and will recommend him to whoever visiting Hanoi. The wife, the son and Mr La Cao Cuong are very loving and professional. Despite the fact that, I and my family arrived a day before our booking date, Mr La Cao Cuong ensured he found hotel accommodation for me and my family that night, he also helped me to pack all my luggages to the hotel with his Motorcycle. On the day I was checking out, he was not around, he still made an arrangement with his wife and his son to help me pack my luggages with motorcycle without any charges!
