I seriously could not recommend this place more! If you are looking at this review, don’t hesitate and just book this resort! Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful at every time of the day/night, especially the receptionists Phuong and Khuyen. They really were one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met! They helped us so much in every situation and made sure our stay was perfect. In the beginning we were not sure if we want to stay here because it was a bit out of town, but actually that makes this resort even better. At night it's very quiet and calm and they have free shuttles running many times a day to the beach and the ancient town. Thank you so so much for this amazing stay, if we come back to Hoi An we will 100% come back here!

Featuring free bikes, Ancient Garden Boutique Hoi An - The Green Hideaway is set in Hoi An in the Quang Nam region, 1.0 km from Hoi An Historic Museum and 1.5 km from Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese... I didn’t use the pool, but it looked amazing! The room with a balcony was absolutely perfect, with a great bathroom. Eric was super helpful and indeed very friendly - I am most pleased with my stay and wish I could extend in HOI AN!

Krásné ubytování v klidné lokalitě, ideální pro odpočinek. Pokoje jsou moderní a prostorné, vše bylo čisté a dobře udržované. Bazén je skvělým místem k relaxaci a snídaně velmi chutná a pestrá. Největší poděkování patří personálu, díky kterému jsme se tu cítili opravdu vítaní.

Rooms very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had a view of the river with a terrace which was excellent for seeing sunset. The location is great, and you are an easy walk to the Old Quarter. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is also excellent with good selection. The level of service provided was outstanding. During the stay, I fell ill and had to extend an extra night and change a flight and the support provided by staff at the hotel was superb. They helped us to change our travel plans while also going out of their way to ensure we were cared for and feeling better. Cannot recommend enough.

Embracing the essence of culture heritage, it its architecture and philosophy, as well as adding a modern touch, Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa is set around a stunning purified salt-water swimming pool... There is so much care in making sure our stay was great. We initially booked a Christmas Eve stay and to have dinner in town; much to our surprise we were invited to join for their Christmas Eve event with the dinner and free flow drinks covered. What surprised us more was how we were greeted. Sat down and given details of our room, facilities, and how to go about the town. Such an amazing experience. All the staff were attentive to our needs and constantly came up to us to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely come back again.

Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort is 300 metres from Hoi An Old Quarter. Offering rooms with free wired internet access, it also houses a large swimming pool for guests to lounge in. This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The staff was very good, exceptional. I was very pleased with 'Scarlett' and 'Alice'. They were available at all times, constantly checking to make sure we were being taken care of. I had my daughter in law and two young grandchildren with me. The care they gave the children was above and beyond expectations.

Good evening service. Very popular and good atmosphere in beach front bar. Professional and great package massage in Spa. Kind all employees. Could feel their attempts and efforts to make better resort since staying here several times for rescent years. Enjoy precious rest in this resort. Will never be disappointed.
