Staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate our request. There were welcoming drink and fruit, very nice and pleasant. The amenities in the bathroom were all from well-known brand and we loved the private onsen and sauna. Food was nice and and quite diverse. Wifi was pretty strong. Soft bed and comfy blanket. The overall atmosphere were calming and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

The villas are pure luxury, they are hugh! plenty of space for everyone, we traveled as a family of 6 people. Villas are very modern, new & clean, beds very comfy, amazing showers. Breakfast was plentiful, something for everyone, good value. We had room service, which arrived quickly & we used the spa which is very nice. We explored the city of HA LONG by buggy, the driver was great, he talked to us through Google Translate and told us all about his city & answered all the questions we had.

The breakfast was very good and all the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in the Executive Suite, I highly recommend to choose that, it was totally worth it. The hotel is excuisite and luxurious. Loved that the ferry service ran 0-24 every 20-30 minutes. Also recommend to try the Pavilion restaurant at the hotel, especially when they have seafood BBQ night.

This one exceeded all expectations in every possible way! The beach was clean with a gentle, shallow entrance to the sea. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a large balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Breakfast selection was so rich and varied that it was impossible to try everything — a real feast! The SPA massage was excellent, and I highly recommend booking a session. If you can, try the VIP Club offer — it’s a great experience with delicious snacks and high-quality cocktails. The staff consistently performed above expectations — attentive, kind, and professional. We would definitely love to come back

Very well-equipped accommodation, great view, self check-in, very helpful owner. We were able to check in at 01:00 because the night bus was 2 hours late, the host helped us a lot and was committed.

The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated. Few walks only to the building’s private beach. Me and my husband, we really enjoyed our time there. Perfect summer escape.
