  Breakfast is included. There is a limited selection of breakfast food available which includes high carb sugary sweets like waffles, pastry and cereals. There was also hot oat porridge available if you want to create your own dish with a variety of toppings. We went for a walk in the neighborhood, visited the nearby lake in the park (bring your swimsuit and towel if you want to swim). Thre is no restaurant at the hotel so be prepared to find somewhere else to eat. There is an excellent Mexican foodtruck next door in the casino's parking lot. Lots of guests get take-aways and eat them in the hotel lounge area. The swimming pool is small ( get a pool card at the reception desk to open the pool doors) but enjoyable for a nice dip. The complimentary (free) shuttles to and from the airport are frequent and can be booked at the reception desk. Very helpful!!

  I appreciated that the staff really does their best to keep the hotel clean and to fix issues promptly. I also liked that there’s no carpet here, unlike in many other hotels. In the morning, when I mentioned at the reception that we had been given the wrong room, they quickly found a replacement for us.

  Checking in at night was a hassle: we had to call the tired manager multiple times and wait until she realized she was on duty. Despite booking a room with a king-size bed, we were given one with twin beds and an extra bed we didn’t need. On top of that, there was no cold water in the shower, which made washing up before bed very uncomfortable. In the new room we were moved to, there were small cockroaches, and we had to kill them to keep them out of our belongings. the rooms have old and worn-out furniture and bath... Unfortunately, I didn't have the desire to take photos, but they definitely don't match what's displayed in the hotel's portfolio.

  Front staff was helpful and offered us shuttle bus even after arrival at Range depo. They kindly kept our luggage after check out until our bus tour to national park finished 13:00.

  The location was definitely the highlight. It was central and convenient. Being close to everything made our stay easier. We visited Miami Beach, which was nearby and easy to access.

  The roof had no roof, and it was incredibly noisy. Multiple mornings there were slamming doors and loud noise. Also, there was only 1 toilet for the entire floor.

  Staff not overly friendly or helpful. We were told at 3pm our room wasn't ready (fair enough) come back at 5pm get checked in, go up to our room and surprise surprise there are already guests in our room - who had been told they had received a free upgrade! The manager at the desk was less than helpful and asked "what do you wants us to do about". Friends and family have stayed here countless times and had recommended but I wont be back!
