Entry/Exit from the car park was difficult... impossible to get to the lower level - our car is 5.2m long, ramps are very tight! Equipment in the apartment was sparse, almost no cooking utensils etc

Location was a little bit down the hill from soldeu village. As 3 lads, it wasn’t too much hassle but if I was staying with my family instead, it would be a little far to walk a couple of times a day

The apartment size was good and the facilities good. Staff were very accomadating. Getting a code to enter the building, car park and room was excellent especially when arriving late.

Check out time, slightly too early. Also maybe more kitchen equipment might have been handy.

We messaged the host beforehand to ask if we could leave our bags in a secure location on the last day after checking out so we could get one more day of skiing in before leaving Andorra. They confirmed we could however when I messaged them again the day before check out to find out where we could leave our bags, I got no response. There was no reception to ask so we ended up having to find alternative arrangements.

Very easy to find and get into the apartment. On the day of check in the host sent a step by step video of how to find the apartment entrance, parking, bin store and how to get in. Very useful as we arrived in Andorra at midnight so visibility wasn't the best and no one was around to direct us.

Very small room. Was dirty on arrival. the electric switchboard was always snapping, allnight long switching on and off, making a lot of noise and turning on and off the heating.

Unfortunately, it was quite loud. Moreover, I would rather recommend the apartement for two people (then it's a great apartement). It can get quite packed for four people. One thing I would recommend Andorra4Days is to offer oil and salt in the kitchen, so not everyone needs to buy it.

The Check-in was very easy and the host was very nice. We enjoyed the location as we visited Andorra to go hiking. It was easy to find and warm enough. Moreover, the communication between the host and the guest was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Felt like there is extra charge for everything, and you feel like a wallet, and not a person. I can live (uncomfortably) with extra charge for the parking, but really felt used when I was asked for an extra for the use of the safe in the room. Eventually, if you pay extra for every little thing, and with no meals, it ends up for a bad value for money (and feeling). Next time I'll book an hotel and not this apartment. On top of that, the folding bed was not comfortable, we were a father and teenage son, so we didn't share the bed. My son slept in an uncomfortable bed. The main bed was good.

communal areas could do with being cleaned more regularly. interconnecting doors to other apartments were not soundproof.

location was good and only a short walk to Soldeu. parking was available on site or on the roadside.

1. Terrible sound-proof, waken up by other room lots of times between 1am to 4am. 2. No service at all, no shuttle bus to ski resort, no breakfast. 3. bad location, 20mins walk to the ski resort and Soldeu center. 4. Reception didn’t open on time when I checked out.

It was hard to communicate with the host in English, had hard time fitting into the parking spot with SUV car, hours are quite short and you can check in at 5PM at the earliest.

Decent place if you just need a room for the night while skiing. Nothing exceptional, but the location was very close to the ski resort

Charging us 50e extra for not washing the dishes (few plates and mugs we used for breakfast) and taking the trash out of the trash can (we didn't take the bags to the counter outside???), Who does this in a hotel? .. ridiculous that next guest has to use something previous one washed? - should be done by host. And the price for that cleaning is insane. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Reception is not working as they advertise as their working hours so its random when you will find them there. Everything else was ok.

The Hotel has a very bad location. You need to walk 25 Minutes to the Skilift. Also the rooms very dirty and there were no proper blankets but only covers
