Unfortunately, we had to deal with a large number of bees and wasps, which was a bit stressful when trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast. Due to the ongoing construction, parking spaces were limited, and we had to park a bit further up the street.

The surroundings of the hotel are partly still under construction, but it’s clear that the area will be magnificent once completed. We stayed in a villa with our family and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation: modern, cozy, and stylish. Our double room was located on the first floor of the villa, while the kids slept comfortably in the living area on two sofa beds. A steep walk uphill takes you to the dining and breakfast area, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and overlooks a beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast area is not yet fully organized, and the food served is quite traditional, which might not appeal to everyone.

The driveway is a bit rock and of the beated track, but everything is in that part of the world.

The room was big, clean and the staff was friendly. We very enjoyed the local evening meals, and breakfast sets you up for the day.

The couple’s room lacked some basic functionalities, such as a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. In addition, the ceiling was low, which made it uncomfortable to walk around.

We had a two floor suite and in the 1st floor was really strong smell of mold. And also it was really cold in the bathroom.

Parts were clearly still unfinished and the decor in the older rooms was quite dated. The service needs a lot of improvement, very unprofessional and unorganised.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, which was the only downside.

We booked three nights at the hotel and honestly loved it from the moment we arrived, both for the attentive service at all times and for the views and facilities. Without a doubt, it's a highly recommended place to relax and get in touch with nature. Above all, I want to emphasize how attentive and friendly the staff were from the very beginning. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace overlooking the mountains with freshly made traditional dishes was wonderful.

The original room received was huge and very nice, however the shower/toilet were only closed with a glass door and thus open to the room. As are friends, not a couple, this was uncomfortable (I think that also couples might want to have some privacy :). It was very kind of the property to move us to a different room, however the room we were transferred to, was much much smaller. Still, It was ONLY one night and everything else was really great.

Our room was next to the social area, so staff would sit smoking on our balcony during their break,which wasn't nice for us. The pillows were like bricks, big and hard, not comfy at all. Dogs barking outside our room during the night kept waking us up.

Views were incredible. Staff very friendly. Evening food was nice. Rooms were nice, shower was lovely. Pool area was nice but a bit crammed in. The balcony area was just breathtaking, the views definitely make this place amazing.

The hotel is relatively new and there are things that can be improved to make it an even better experience such as a menu for the dinner, more variety for evening dinner as it is very similar each evening (although tasty). Ability to have pool snacks during the day, a bar serving drinks and staff serving poolside drinks/snacks. You definitely need a car when you're there as it's circa 4km from Theth where all the hikes start from. There are a couple of other guest houses nearby that we walked to for food, which was helpful.

The view from the hotel is exceptional. The pool was very nice (not heated but refreshing). The food was very good - all Albanian dishes. The room was comfortable and stylish and as in the photos. The staff were very friendly. We loved the hikes that we did in Theth. It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever hiked in.

The property is located quite far from the city center, and having a car is definitely necessary. The road back from the city at night wasn’t very pleasant, and felt a bit isolated. We stayed in a double room, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was only in one of the rooms. While the evening breeze helped, it was uncomfortable during the day The entrance to the room was through an area used for hotel storage, which didn’t feel very welcoming. Overall, the room didn’t quite match the photos we saw when booking, which was disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, but the hotel pool was cute and a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at Thethi Hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and nature – perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Albanian Alps. It is a newer property so there is still some construction going on around. My shower was finished properly and ended up leaking all over the bathroom. But otherwise this place is just fine!

The pool was a wonderful touch especially after a long day of hiking. The rooms were fine and the beds were comfortable enough. The dinner was a fixed course and there was many courses (it felt never ending, in the best way). The staff was the key element that made this place. From the moment they greet to your send off they are there in every way to help.

The place is an ongoing building site i didn't read any reviews before booking and I feel like I was a bit mislead for how expensive it was to stay here I was disappointed, The rooms are incomplete plug sockets wiring hanging out the walls. The room we had was dark and dingy nothing like the pictures I had seen, no free standing bath either. The staff were all nice but the whole place felt rather chaotic no service for drinks at the pool or outdoor area. The evening meal was very good nice tapas style dishes set menu, however it was inconsistent with service (ate here 2 nights) waiting a long time for dishes to come out, having to ask for drinks multiple times, missing dishes we had the previous night just general chaos, staff really not knowing thir roles, and the whole thing was single handedly run by a child. The parking was sketchy having to dodge machinery and building work. For the expensive price I was disappointed 😞

The views from the hotel were amazing, best in the area, I would say. The food was also great, very tasty, i was dubious, but i loved the set menu! The child that runs the dinner service was the hardest working person in the place, very on the ball and lovely!

A family ran hotel, with beautiful view to the alps, amazing pool (a treat for the hot days, specially after a hike), great breakfast and amazing dinner (not included, but 100% worth), located near the Theth Village "center" (8min drive), with easy access to get in and out. The staff was very kind and ready to help. Facilities look brand new and the room is very comfortable.

The hotel is still under construction, you should expect additional noise. The toilet in the room does not have a door. Also, the swimming pool is not very clean.

Comfortable and cozy place with lovely staff. We enjoyed the view and the nice local breakfast, which we received for free — a very thoughtful touch. We also loved the location; it was a bit away from the main village area, making it a peaceful spot. Highly recommend! The owner recommended we take the mountain pass route back via Qafa e Thores. Although it was a longer drive, the road and the views are among our best memories from Albania. Lovely experience thanks for that. :)
