I personally prefer a firm bed and a firm pillow and there was a soft bed with one soft pillow.

Great location. Loved that it included the joker card, which we used to take a ski lift and go hiking. The room was big and both of us could open our suitcases on those benches (many rooms have only one space). There was a shared balcony. The breakfast was quite good. There’s a sauna, which is always nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get around to use it. Ample parking (not free)

One of the staff was rude and pushing me away from breakfast area before 0730 (it was 0715, and I was only having a cup of coffee). The front desk already agreed my family can have breakfast few minutes earlier but somehow she did not get this message . Even though she apologised after I said it was already approved by receptionist, it just takes away the mood.

Came for summer weekend. Free joker card is a plus. Everything is in walking distance. Nice view of mountain. Front desk very helpful. Sauna and gym is a plus!

The cost for charging your car is almost prohibitive. We specifically looked for hotels with car charger and this is one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel. When we arrived we realized that the cost was 0.1 euro per minute for charging. The lady at the reception was very helpful and explained that it was a third-party charger (not the hotel’s), but still, we did not manage to charge our car during our stay there. Moreover, it takes some time to find the parking spots allocated to hotel guests.

Strangely, the hotel lobby smells of people smoking. Also strange is that the balcony connects all the rooms so that people can just walk around, there is little privacy in the room (unless you close the curtains)

The hotel is in a lovely valley; the staff was very welcoming and friendly; the hotel has good gym; the breakfast was rather good albeit not spectacular.

We never like when one of our kids needs to sleep on an extra bad (not the normal one). But this is how hotels on a budget operate.

We came for biking in a bike park. Great location, spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

My only criticism was the pillows on the bed could have done with replacing due to lack of filling and the shower gel was not replaced in the shower after running out despite removing the container to highlight this.

It was well positioned , very clean , a good breakfast , large spacious bedroom , plenty of places to hang ski gear and the staff were super friendly and helpful especially Kiril.

Limited front office hours. No fridge in room. Wifi were slow, not usiable to stream a movie.

It was very cheap. Joker card with attractions like outdoor swim pool and cabel cars included. Breakfast (very basic) was incl. in the price as well. Location was top and easy parking.

The balcony is common for all the rooms on one side of the floor which is quite unpleasant. Daily room cleaning is much too early, sometimes wake you up at 9:00 am and very summary sometimes just arranging the blanket. The parking is possible if space is available even if paid.

The rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was very good and a large selection for everything: fruits, vegetables, milk products, bread, indeed everything you can think about for breakfast.

The breakfast was rather basic, not the top quality of ingredients. The hotel room lacked kettle or even a little fridge, which was really disappointing and we would expect from a 4star hotel to have such amenities included. Also the balcony is not private but shared with several other rooms on the floor, so we had other people's kids running in front of our windows. Really not sure why the balconies cannot be separated by some wall like in any other hotel. Also there weren't even any chairs or table on the balcony.

The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes away from the cableways, which are free thanks to the joker card. You can also visit the pool across the street, again for free thanks for the joker card. The room was super spacious, with great views. The staff were really friendly and helpful!
