Exceptional views the owner was so accomadating and went out of his way to make sure are arrival was special. The town house was well equipped and beds were so comfortable, air con in every room. Bathroom was big with spa bath as a bonus. Great outside area overlooking the river. Within walking distance of everything you would want a definite 10/10

There's nothing at all we didn't like. The only thing I will mention is that due to the close vicinity to High Street, and the pubs (the Shamrock has great parma's by the way), you can hear the bands/music playing into the night. It didn't disturb us, but if you are a super light sleeper it might. So I say this not as a negative to the apartment, just as an FYI.

The close location to the High Street and all there is to do in Echuca is amazing. We parked the cars when we arrived and we didn't have to drive them again until we were heading home.....we walked everywhere (even with my 80 year old mother). The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We were out both nights so we didn't cook but it looked like there was enough of everything if you did want to cook, even some condiments in the pantry. We stayed in apartment # 5 and it was very private at the back with a view of the Campaspe River. There was the occasional person walking by leaving by the back entrance but nothing that disturbed us. The bedrooms were spacious and the toilet was separate to the bathroom so very convenient when there are 3 people getting ready in the morning. Pete and Di are super friendly and were very helpful with extra parking for my Mum. There were 2 couches so very comfortable for 3 to 4 people (quite often in other 2 bedroom apartments we have stayed in they have 1 couch so only enough seating for 2 😏). The weather was amazing on the Saturday and sitting in the sun on the back deck with a morning cuppa was divine. The ducks, geese and cockatoos even visit. We will definitely stay here when we visit Echuca again.

The location was great, right on the river, the owner of property was very helpful. Cleanliness of the property was exceptional. The area was very quiet, but it was the off season.

This lovely property is super comfortable AND brilliantly located right in the heart of Echuca. We loved the big front windows, the three split systems to keep all rooms comfortable, the comfy couches, the two toilets (one separate), the peaceful walk along the Campaspe right behind the unit, the varied birdlife, and the friendly and easy check in and out.

Great location, easy to walk into town. 2 toilets in a 2-bed house. All the towels and soap were supplied. Had everything you needed for a short stay. Pete was great to deal with in regards to our booking. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment/townhouse was clean, tidy, well-maintained, comfortable, and a nice view out the back of the Campaspe River. The property had everything that we needed. It is also in a very convenient location. Close to cafes, pubs, the Port of Echuca, etc. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

The only downside to the property which is no fault of the owners is that on Friday and Saturday nights there is very loud music from one of the bars on the main road. It was noticeable enough to have to turn up the TV to hear it and there was a constant thud and beat from about 7-11pm. Only answer is to go and join in 😊. Not a negative point but we were intrigued that there was security to get from the garage to the courtyard and access to the rooms, security on the front gate but there as nothing from the river path. It was just a normal gate.

The location has to be one of the best in Echuca. It was great to sit on the deck and watch the birds flying around. Although the Campaspe river was low it was still interesting to watch all the activity. It was very easy access to the river path to get to into Echuca and also situated very close to the port of Echuca to sail on the paddle steamers. The parking spot was very easy to find and such a benefit to have a garage to park the car in as it was very hot during our stay. The car was nice and cool to get into. The kitchen is well equipped and a nice touch was the chilled water ready for us in the fridge. The shower was great with very good pressure. Loved the stone floor. Great to have the washing facilities as well to get all your clothes washed especially when travelling as much as we were. If I was returning to Echuca I would stay there again. Very helpful host. We had a problem with the payment for the apartment. The host prefers a bank transfer. Our UK bank account sort code is set out differently to the Australian banks and we couldn’t pay that way. They were very patient while we sorted out a different way to pay. Wifi was quick.

If I was going to be picky then the music from the bar located across the road. The band seems to stop at about 10.30pm so it didn’t really interfere with our sleep.

Loved the 2 bedroom Appartment. The location was lovely overlooking the river and felt secluded but also very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and room spacious with lovely outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the views. This would be my first choice when staying in Echuca.

The lights in the second room was not working. Would be nice to have hand soap in the kitchen. Complimentary drink/milk would have been great! A smart TV would have been excellent when there are kids. Extended hours to use the pool especially in spring summer.
