We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TaiwanHowever, the entrance is shared with a restaurant, which was a bit confusing. During our stay, one staff member asked us not to lock the main entrance door, but we found it locked in the mornings and evenings when we went out. This inconsistency suggests some communication issues between the apartment manager and the restaurant staff.
The apartment is in a great location—just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the main street. It has two fully equipped bathrooms, and both the rooms and the kitchen/living area are spacious and comfortable. The underfloor heating made the stay very pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and there is ample closet space in the bedroom for storing personal belongings.

CyprusThere was no microwave - this is a very useful gadget in the modern apartment. Pot lids would be nice ) One key and entrance through the restaurant are not too convenient.
The apartment is located in the city center, 7 min from the rail station. Very comfortable, warm, and cozy. Next to the rail station are the train to the Gornergrad and bus stop. Migros and Coop supermarkets are nearby as well.

Hong KongThe first night the bathroom drains were clogged probably due to the previous guest who put something in the drains or toilet which caused the block. It was fixed the next day in the morning but we had to adjust with one bathroom during that time.
Nice apartment with excellent location. It’s right in the center of Zermatt.
