CanadaWhen we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by managers George and Jana who made us feel right at home. They were so friendly and helpful and gave us good advice when we asked questions about what to do in the area. The staff on the front desk, in the breakfast room, at the bar, and the cleaning staff were all cheerful and pleasant.
The room was comfortable and although it didn't have air conditioning it did have a fan which helped circulate the air when it was hot during the night. The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfasts were tasty and offered a lot of variety.

PolandBest location possible in Jesenik, exactly in the town center. Free safe parking. Excellent and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. I wouldn't choose it for romantic weekend with girlfriend but for business travellers or friends on beer trip it's excellent!
