United KingdomCould do with some degree of renovation at some point. Cooker, hob and extractor a bit fiddly at times. Sofa in living area a bit sunken so uncomfortable after a while. Nothing major, however.
Good location in-between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. Clean, comfortable beds. No noise from neighbours.

United KingdomCheck in was rather late and check out rather early in the day, also there was a long list of things asking the holidaymakers to do before checking out e.g. stripping the bedsheets which we had not found the case anywhere else before.
The lodge was nicely decorated, modern and had plenty of space and working facilities no issues with the accomodation.

Beautiful lodge with the best views - enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra two days. Arrived in a Saturday and despite staff not working they were still very helpful with getting us in to the lodge. Pub on site serves amazing food.

Loved the lodge it’s huge and so comfy we loved the views . Everything needed to cook a meal all utensils and saucepans beds was comfy . WiFi excellent we chilled on the evenings walked in the day along beaches after 6 miles walking we needed to rest . Decking a little slippy but it’s winter I have decking at home so I knew it would be we would return we loved our winter 4 night break

United KingdomThe code emailed to us to unlock the key safe was wrong. We had to wait 45 minutes for the correct code. Despite the instructions on the card left in the kitchen, there is no wifi. However, there appears to be a 4g/5g mast directly in front of the property so 4g was maximum strength, which can otherwise be an issue in this part of the world.
Easy to get to, spotless site, quiet despite being fairly close to the road. Perfect location for our requirements. Kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was quite powerful. TV has a sound bar, which was handy given that Glasto was on!

United KingdomThere wasn’t a coffee pot or cafetière (defo no coffee machine even though it says there is)so couldn’t have a decent coffee. the tea/coffee basket with sachets in had hair in it and it was dirty so we didn’t use any. Also the sugar sachets was hard so quite old? We weren’t told that the boiler would be off and took us a while to realise where it was so did assume no hot water at first. There is NO WI-FI even though it’s advertised- we had a teenager with us so wasn’t ideal. There wasn’t any hand towels put out for us but found some spare in a wardrobe. Quite a few of the light bulbs didn’t work. The extractor fan didn’t work so could smell your cooking throughout. Pillows on bed were uncomfortable. Out of date welcome folder in a cupboard so didn’t find it for a while and we’re weren’t sent any information on how to check in, I had to ask for it, there was really old menus for the pub on site so prices were way off (we binned them as we then found an up to date one)
Lovely views from the decking and the living room. Comfortable beds (apart from pillows). Good showers. Fairly well equipped kitchen. (No washing machine but is a dishwasher) Comfortable sofas with throws which was nice. Soft fluffy towels. Bright and airy. Really well placed for Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Croyde.
