Taps in both bathrooms need attention. They were very hard to turn off fully to stop water dripping. There should be mattress protectors on mattresses. No plug for kitchen sink.

Well equipped most things you needed were in the lodge. Very clean & spacious.

Run down, taps in bathroom didn’t work properly, seal around shower disgusting and black and quality of bedding poor, which was a shame as the property has lots of potential.

Taps in bathroom spin around when trying to turn them on and even taps in en-suite were hard to turn on and off and when you tried to turn them off you knock everything off the shelf above , cobwebs were everywhere, black mould in en-suite shower

No view from chalet which was surrounded by other chalets.Bedrooms a bit small, no place to put clothes after undressing.

The site is much bigger than we expected it to be and the lodges are fairly close together, so I can imagine it could be quite noisy with lots of car movement around you in high season. There is no small shop on-site for general provisions which is not ideal so you need to be well organised.

Very comfortable mattresses. A great addition to have a separate family bathroom as well as en-suite toilet & shower to the main bedroom.

Check in system Reception Poor communication Only thing I dislike and should be improved and clear. The messages misguided in between two occupancies for me. No one available at 7 o clock eve afterwards to help though check in says anytime after 5 pm. Difficulty to find the right accommodation. Was disappont in start but beauty of Lodge calm me down and rest of stay was great

Location is slightly remote from the town centre. Basic amenities could have been provided. Soap (shower gel,wash), cooking oil, salt, ash tray. Kitchen towel and all these kind of basics could help

It would have been nice to have some basics in the kitchen, like salt and pepper. Also although cleanliness was ok, it could have been better. Felt a little dusty in places.

The space was great, and big enough for a party of three. The location was also good for visits to Woolacombe and around.

Nothing to dislike really. If i was to make a suggeation then a gate on the verandah would have been really useful for the dog and youngest child.

Loved the size of the property. Perfect for a family. The verandah was lovely and very useful. A well equipped lodge and we really liked having the en suite on the master bedroom. The children love a bath rather than a shower so that was a really great addition in the main bathroom. A really comfortable stay.

Not cleaned ready for arrival. After a 9 hour trip. Manager was happy to sort 1 night alternative accommodation which was appreciated but we had to then move back at midday the next day which was very inconvenient and disappointing.

Reception stated about hot tub, however it was full of leaves and green algae, disappointing.

The lodge was very comfortable and homely. Very spacious and the facilities were perfect. Location also perfect.

Door was difficult to lock and unlock as lock barrel is not lined up correctly. Taps did not work properly and there is mould in shower and shower tray does not drain quickly. The lodge is potentially comfortable but these details need to be addressed.

Cobwebs inside the cabin wardrobe door hanging off in bedroom en-suite shower black mould tap dripping in bathroom patio furniture broken and dirty hot tub not working windows dirty inside and out cabin needs a good deep clean and definitely new patio furniture

The lodge was very clean and comfortable. Has it's own parking space and sky TV. Very well equipped, couldn't fault it at all. Has it's own hot tub which would be great for the warmer weather, we used the depot restaurant on the corner of the entrance to the park and also shopped in Tesco in Barnstaple. Lovely relaxing stay . Would definitely stay again.
