Lovely hotel in a great location right by the beach. Our king room with sea view was spacious, bathroom super clean and modern, amazing views from our balcony. The hotel looked after us well, staff were really friendly and they even had little surprises in the room for our children. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We didn’t have time to use their indoor heated pool but we will definitely have a swim at our next visit! :)

No shelves in bathroom or anywhere to put anything.

Room was lovely and clean, although room a bit tired and bed base all scratched up. Bathroom tiny and no shelf space to put anything. However, had a lovely stay and breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

Hospitality top notch! From the reception desk, to the kitchen, we were well taken care of. We stayed for our anniversary and the room had a personal touch with a dessert and a card. Was much appreciated.

No hot water so could not have a shower.location was excellent which made the stay that much better.

As mentioned above we got soaked - and there was nowhere to hang our wet coats (we also weren’t aware of any way of drying them off). And we weren’t aware of the party that they were hosting - as it wasn’t mentioned in the main information about the hotel. Make sure to read the important information section. We’d booked a night away to destress after receiving awful news in the week… after going to bed early we were woken up by loud music at 11pm and then couldn’t go back to sleep with noise from the celebration and attendees leaving.

The hotel was incredible! Location was brilliant, parking was easy. The room was clean and there were little touches that really made us feel looked after and valued: a gift for our son, hot chocolate and herbal tea, and everything that we needed in the room - it just felt like a family hotel. The private session in the swimming pool was also great - you need to book it. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was glorious after being drenched in the rain - hot and great pressure - and the view of the sea was the cherry on top. Breakfast was delicious - just what we wanted. And all of the staff were lovely. A really fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel and restaurant just outside Bognor. Booked a nights stay and had a meal at the restaurant. Lovely room with a sea view. Very spacious and highly recommended. Wonderful staff in the restaurant.

My only slight complaint is that the hot water took ages to come through in the shower. And there was a bit of noise from the room upstairs.

Nothing - all good for us.

Penthouse suite - very spacious. Lovely sea views from the balcony. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the added extras like a fridge with a small bottle of milk, cola and wine. Comfortable sofas to relax & watch TV after a day exploring the area. Car parking at front and rear. We all had a very enjoyable stay.
