The location was really good, right on the sea front. The views fom the cottage were great, beautiful sunsets and amazing skies. It was a handy place to stay as it is near the harbours, Portsoy, Cullen etc. We visited Gordon Castle walled garden which was lovely with a really nice eaterie where we had a lovely meal. The distilleries are close by, we choose to go to the Glenfiddich distillery which was a bit further away but a great morning spent in Dufftown..

There isn’t a shower or dishwasher due to the limits of space. However the bath has a great shower attachment for washing hair and a rinse.

It is beautifully decorated and furnished. Although the windows are small the view is straight out to sea and you can sit on the sofa and watch the changing colours and boats sailing by. The single beds are big enough for an adult and very comfortable.

This is not a criticism the bathroom would be better with a shower but I don’t think this is possible with head room in the bathroom you can only do what you can do

Everything was fantastic loved my week definitely will go again
