IsraelOutside the hotel, not so clean, with tyres all around, an a bit far away from the centre. Number of Lifts are insufficient for the amount of floors, and needed to wait quite a bit during rush hours
We Reserved 2 apartments, both rooms were on the same floor. Rooms were spacious with refrigerator, stove.

NetherlandsIf i knew there are only three elevators (6pers max) and one with code (i guess employees?) i wouldnt have booked it. We used stairs a lot, it was busy all day long queue more then ten minutes :) Breakfast, not much to choose from. My advice would be to get a low floor room.
Close to the sea and cleaned daily. Service desk did their best and stayed friendly (David). Washmachine is a plus :) We had three balconies, but could be improved by having chairs to actually use these.

Special thanks to Michelle at reception he went beyond, the service quality was so far so good. We Just couldnt get the baby crib as the housekeepers’ warehouse was locked and no one had the key but night shift receptionist helped us to Get another room, i really appreciate his support too. Rooms are clean and nice, it is new hotel we usually prefer to stay. I recommend everyone visiting Batumi

IsraelThe downsides - the bed did not have a fitted sheet which was uncomfortable, the room did not have a full length mirror. The shower was a little small but the pressure was excellent. The main downside was that there was no cleaning service to the room. Although we asked a few times the room was not cleaned. We also had to call down each day for new towels and toilet paper, and the bathroom had an “off” smell. We had the hotel breakfast one morning, it was pretty plain but had options so was fine. The hotel is not in the “main tourist area” but 3 minute walk from the beach boardwalk, and an easy taxi ride to everywhere in the city, and 10 mins from the airport.
We stayed at the Steps for 3 nights, a couple. Overall the facilities are great, the pool is wonderful, and the spa is fantastic. We each had a classic massage with Nadia, and it was perfect!! The spa staff are all professional and kind, as well as able to recommend and advise. The room, was fine, we had a small balcony a comfortable bed, equipped with small fridge stovetop, small kettle (which we didn’t use) and sink, and the room had a walk in closet. The staff was kind and helpful, and the pool lounge was lovely.

GeorgiaThe service was awful. Room had problem about hot water we called 3 times and nobody came and for 2 days which I was there we had cold water for showering, also hair dryer was not working. And about resturant service, you should wait for even one glass around 30 minutes. So we were not satisfied with services.
It has pool and it was clean. Also close to sea side and it was not busy.
