Everything was great

Had an excellent stay. Location really central, but slept soundly as the bedrooms are really quiet. Easy check in with lock box and messages from host, despite us booking last minute. Apartment was cleaned during our 5 day stay which was a pleasant surprise. New nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, everything we needed. Spent a lot of time on the balcony, the view is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The location in the town was outstanding. It has an exceptional outlook over the port and local fishing boats. Within a minute of leaving the property there are too many choices for great coffee, bars and restaurants. We would need to stay for a month just to sample them all!!

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Easy to walk from the port to the apartment. The balcony overlooking the port and harbour was stunning. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. In fact the apartment had everything we needed and was just perfect for our 5 nights stay in Sitia. Local bars and restaurants very easily accessible and the town's sandy beach is just a short 5 - 10min walk. Christos was more than helpful with our check-in and check out also with lots of suggestions for places to visit, local history and beaches the surrounding areas.

There are stairs but the manager helped with our luggage. Avoid the route through Sitia, go via the airport. Believe me it will be so much quicker as there really isn’t a safe way down the right streets to the port from the town above.

Brilliant view of the port. Located immediately AT eateries and a short walk to the ferry. Communication with the manager was EXCELLENT. We got lost in Sitia and he helped both us and the car company staff so we were able to return the hire car.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms but there is only a single bed in one of them. The fourth adult has a sofa bed in the lounge. The location may be a problem for some if they want a quiet time, but the double glazing kept most of the noise out.

A very modern apartment which has obviously had a lot of money spent on its refurbishment. Modern appliances including a dishwasher and a huge fridge make it easy to prepare your own snacks or meals if you don't want to go outside to eat. It is situated almost opposite one of the harbour arms where we were lucky enough to park for free, near the end of the bars overlooking the harbour and the whole bay. There is air conditioning in all the rooms with a TV in the lounge and the main bedroom.

Location was excellent, in the middle of everything and still good sound insulation. Aircondition worked very well and was quiet. And the view was magnificent. Superclean everywhere. The owner provided traveling tips and was easily accessible via Whatsup. We parked on the harbor brakewater near us.

We had originally booked 3 nights here, but due to a ferry cancelation, they were able to extend our stay for 2 more nights. Both of our hosts were caring, attentive, helpful, and generous with their time and suggestions.

Roula was amazing! She picked us up from the bus station, helped organize a taxi for a day trip, and checked regularly to make sure all was OK. The apartment has everything you need, plus an outstanding view. The location is excellent.

We loved this apartment- exceptionally clean, spacious, well ventilated, lots of natural light and amazing views! Our host was very thoughtful! Thank you Christos for providing the many food provisions, wine etc. We appreciated your assistance with check-in, the easy access to apartment (2 sets of keys) and information on the local area. When choosing this apartment be mindful of the waterfront location with the many restaurants underneath. We were here for the Christmas period and loved the atmosphere which may not suit everyone. It was alive with people noise, beautiful music and celebrations! We hope to return again one day.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 2-storey building . There is no lift ( this is quite common in Greece for 2-3 storey buildings, especially the older ones). You need to go up the stairs which are not many. Luckily this was not an issue for us, but it could be a problem for a someone with significant mobility issues.

Perfect location at the port, in the centre of Sitia with magnificent sea view! Fully renovated apartment, comfortable and functional. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as WiFi quality. Easy access to the beach and the shops. The communication with the landlord was easy and efficient. We would definitely come back next time we visit the area.

This apartment and location in Sitia is amazing. We enjoyed the most beautiful view from the apartment who has all ammenities we needed. The apartment is new, very clean and you are within a short walking distance from the beach and with plenty of good restaurants just ‘down stairs’. Despite the very central location you can easily sleep without any noise from the restaurants and bars. The host Christos was very helpful during our stay and he also arranged a taxi to the airport upon departure. The very best recommendations. We will stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike

This is a super apartment, very clean, the furniture and facilities were excellent. It also had a great view of the port. The host was very helpful without being intrusive. Sitia is also a lovely town with a good choice of restaurants and we had a car which allowed us to do a number of walking trails
