Location at beautiful hilltop with stunning sea view. My room with its wall colour, digital piano, both acoustic and electric guitars (!) made me feel home ☺️ (the RC car on the photos are mine)

Some issues with the heat while we were there, probably because it hadn’t been used much yet this season.. The host was responsive and tried to improve it. Would be nice to have easier access to plates, silverware etc if bringing in takeaway.

Beautiful location with a view of the Celtic Sea. Our room was very comfortable albeit a little chilly. Front communal area was very nice.

Great location between Dublin and the Ring of Kerry. We had a nice stay, beautiful view, and host was flexible with our late arrival.

The facilities were poor..not a good place to make tea or coffee ..just a little metal cupboard, no real space. No milk, only 3 teabags, and think for the price, breakfast should be included since it was a long way to the pub so had to pay for breakfast at the house

Would have been lovely to have some drink making facilities as we were a late check in and early check out.

The host was lovely, very flexible and accommodating and communication was great.

We didn't have en suite, which was a bit inconvenient. I couldn't leave any of my stuff in the bathroom as i didn't know who else is using it. The owner said it's only us who's using the bathroom, but i think i noticed someone else getting in too

The location was great and the views were amazing! Close to bigwr cities and handy enough. You need a car for the area. Good value for money

Loved the art work and gorgeous colours, the use of mirrors for light, the location, the hostess Catherine. The location is excellent for the Greenway, beach, town of Dungarvan. Very homely and welcoming. Beautiful touches of style and unique design throughout. Lovely bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Couldn't recommend more highly. Definitely plan to be back.

The only think is the breakfast is extra and limited.No problem with it been extra, however if one has a special diet and brought your own food . Full price should not be charged. On saying that I didn't ask either and it certainly did not take from the hospitality of the stay . I would stay again.

There was a ralaxed friendly vibe in the house. Both Catherine and her son Ben were welcomingThe view was fabulous both from the room and breakfast room. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent. I would recommend it.

I liked, how welcoming and friendly Catherine was. How beautiful and spacious the room was. The extra touches to make it feel luxurious, the decor. The bed and beding was beautiful. The ensuite was beautifully stocked. And that we were able to use the front conservatory, overlooking the sea. There was also an outside area, but unfortunately the weather was too poor for us to use this.
