Convenient location in old town Perugia

In hindsight, I would have rented a Superior room rather than a standard. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable in the standard double, but the Superior rooms are larger with more modern bathrooms and with exposed beams. Sadly the terrace hot tub was closed for the season. It sounds like they close it the beginning of November-ish as it is getting too cold.

A beautiful family run renovated convent. The owner was a lovely lady. Between her limited English and our limited Italian we were able to communicate just fine. The parking was in the local municipal lot ~500m away and we were given a paper permit to display on our dash otherwise we would have had to pay via EasyPark or the coin meter. The view from our room was beautiful and we woke to the sound of the birds. We viewed several other rooms at check out and the Suite with two large beds would be great for a family. Each room was unique. There was a small friendly dog supervising reception :) The location in the town of Montefalco is within the ZTL, but the open hours coincided with check in and check out, so we could bring the car right through the wall of Montefalco and essentially drive up to the hotel, unload and then drive on to the Municiple parking and vice-versa upon check out.

Initially a bit difficult due to a language barrier. At first we did not feel welcomed as no other staff spoke to us, but that changed over time. White towels had a couple of stains which were unappealing. Breakfast was good but few choices.

Nice hotel in a convenient location with parking not too far away. Bed very comfortable, nice linens, and room was very clean. Bathroom was a good size. Breakfast staff were nice. Easy walk to the main square, shops and restaurants right nearby. Outdoor breakfast dining was nice.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early after my bus arrived late morning. I had only hoped to store my luggage. The location was very good for the sights and the bus station or car park, the room very comfortable and breakfast was enjoyable.

The beds were two single beds put together, which was not so comfortable. A lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms can be heard. But honestly, the price was fantastic and nobody wants to stay in bed all morning when you're in such a wonderful place!

Loved the availability and kindness of the staff, use of the facilities, breakfast. Location was fantastic. Questions were answered quickly. They let us stay with our dog! Which is incredibly kind on their part!

Nowadays, I expected to find a smart tv in the room. The owners could update the tv with Chromecast or Firestick to level up the general confort for cheap. We found the floor of the bedroom a little dusty. The coffee we had for breakfast could be much better.

I liked the room size and facilities, there were several neon lights to create different atmospheres. We found a clean bathroom and there was air conditioning to warm up the room. The staff has been polite and professional. I would suggest the room to other travellers.
