Minor detail but hot water was supplied through a boiler inside the room so long showers weren't really an option.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful historical building. Comfortable rooms, kind staff and amazing central location. Hotel reception functions as a comfortable shelter.

Amazing location makes place quite and relevantly safe in the context of war. Also there is a comfortable shelter at -1 floor where the reception is located (so it feels like being in a lounge). Located in an exclusive historical building renovated with fine touch. The hotel room had a charming balcony with a table and chairs. A friendly team arranged an early check-in as we arrived at 7am. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I wish there were an elevator to go up the stairs. Carrying heavy bags to the second or third floor was a little challenging.

The hotel is great and modern in the old building in Kyiv's historic and central neighborhood. The staff is nice and welcoming, all the facilities are new and freshly renovated. There is also a lively hipster cafe on the ground floor. Highly recommended for a short stay in Kyiv!

They could implement room service with the bar/restaurant located within the facility or refill the mini-bar.

The location is super! Just 10 mins walk from Golden Gate. Even if is located in the center, the room was isolated from the noise of the street. I recommend it to everyone for those who want to go to Kyiv and stay in a central location. Clean and efficient hotel. Also, you can contact the front desk via whatsapp/telegram making communication efficient.

Some people were quite loud sometimes, even at late hours.

The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. It's clean & stylish, the bed is comfy, the staff is friendly.

Noise cancellation is pretty much absent, but the earplugs provided are great.

The complimentary earplugs are appreciated and are of good quality as the soundproofing is not really a thing here. As there were no chairs or anything to sit on rather than the bed, it would be good to have something to cover the nice clean white sheets.

Beautiful building in and out, the design is really nice. Great and welcoming staff, clean and nicely lit room, comfortable mattress. Pleasant social vibe downstairs at the restaurant is great for those travelers out to get to know locals. Great place for extraverts.

The walls are very thin and if you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. The hotel does provide earplugs, which is a nice addition! I think if the hostel rooms were full, it could get noisy. Luckily, my neighbors weren't late-night partiers and everyone seemed respectful of each other.

Great location with modern, hip rooms. Friendly staff. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were modern and clean. I stayed in a hotel room, which shares the floor with hostel rooms. The place as a good vibe.

It would be extra nice, to have breakfast opportunity . Maybe in the bar downstairs?

I love the " 2 up and 2 down". Bedding arrangements in the economic 4 bed rooms. It allows for a little bit of privacy. If you are traveling in mixed groups, it may be nice to seperate a little, this gives you the perfect opportunity for that. Very nice and helpful staff.
