We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe elevator was broken, the hallway had an odd odor and there were full garbage bins from room cleaning in the hallways, the room had an odd odor which smelled like an attempt to cover smoking in the room, and the faucet handle in the bathroom was broken.
Location was convenient. Price was good for the area.

Saudi ArabiaI arrived late at night, and I had already informed the hotel of my arrival window. The reception had an extremely bad attitude and poor manners, talking to me while looking at his phone all the time and I had to repeat what I was saying multiple times over. He wouldn’t accept a part cash/part credit payment. And at one point he basically returned my ID and money and said bye. When I finally got to check in, no one would help with my luggage even when I asked, he wouldn’t give instructions to where my room was. And when I finally found it, a roach was dead right outside the door, it stayed there until the next morning. Inside the room was ok in cleanliness, but the AC struggled to cool the room and the wood flooring kept oozing out some liquid whenever and where ever I took a step. I had to walk in my room with my shoes on. This was a horrible horrible stay.

United StatesClerk did not really speak english. The location was in a rough area; lots of bombed out buildings and our room was one flight up so the ambulances and cop car sirens are loud and all hours of the night. 6 Miles from JFK and it took 30min each way by UBER.
The room appeared to be clean. Bed was fair, small but fair.

It was newly renovated property at a good location. J train station is walking distance and helps you to take to Manhattan in short time. The facility is quite modern with comfy bed and cleans wash room.

United StatesWhere do I begin? 1) There were not enough parking spaces available, and parking garage is very tight to get in and out. There is a "no smoking" policy, but I kept smelling marijuana in my room (especially in the bathroom) on a daily basis. I reported the smell to the staff and the gentleman who then hung up the phone on me and said there is nothing he can do to prevent guests from smoking in their rooms. I then went downstairs to address the situation and to let him know that I didn't like the respect I received. He then came to my room to investigate the smell but then he said he didn't smell anything, doesn't have an extra and just sprayed the room and left. 2) I didn't like the fact that my card key wasn't working to get in my room on several occasions and I have to go downstairs to get it reset. 3) On my last night, the guest staying in the room next to me, came home and one big argument. The staff came to the room twice to tell them know of the noise. The noise eventually stopped but it really interrupted my sleep. 4) About an hour after the noise in the room stopped, there was a loud incident downstairs in the guest lobby. It seems to be that someone ran into the hotel (probably from been chased by others and the staff was telling them to get out of the building. Afterwards, I heard a commotion outside as it sounds like a fighting took place between some people. That was enough for me to get out the hotel and I didn't wait until 11AM.
I like the location of the hotel as is ideal to major highways. And, I like it had a parking garage.
