Been to breakers 4 times. First time in cabin 7. I suppose I was expecting more than a cramped room with little more than a bed for $600 a night. But I suppose this new montauk has new people willing to pay this money for this product, so sucks for me. We like the location of breakers so much but we’re Heading back to Lenhardts going forward. The rich hip kids can have this place too. Good luck!

The entrance to property were my room was was extremely hard to find in fog and dark I drove in circles for an hour with my grandkids before finding the unmarked entrance. You need to have a sign at the entrance no lights small narrow driveway needs fixing

Walls were paper thin and couldn’t fall asleep due to people on each side of us checking in at 12-1am. Also bathroom was extremely small. No TV and for the price would have expected that. Door code was broken and the key to unlock front door was pain in my ***

The major ant problem was a serious issue. The mold in the bathrooms can cause a serious health issue. It was not clean, the noise was horrible.

The massive amount of ants in the rooms which they clearly know about due to all the ant traps. The structures are not even remotely sound proof. You can hear your neighbors next door walking as the floors are all connected. The AC smelled. The pool liner coming up from the bottom of the pool that you trip on. The place needs a total renovation to be charging what they do.

Pool closed too early, and certain services (like coffee) weren’t available when we were told they would be. Parking was often taken up by restaurant guests, which required us to park far away from our room when returning home at night.

A true Gem in the Hamptons ! To be honest I’ve stayed in many resorts around the world , starting from four seasons ending to some budget hotel, but this one is a place which is a true hidden gem and discovery ! Perfect location , right next to the beach , fantastic views, amazing smells, super clean, outstanding service , top house keeping service , spacious rooms, the balconies give it an extra charm, super clean pool. Perfection in details , complimentary water, shower gel, enough towels . Just in love with this place . For the price you pay you get a 5 star service ! That impressed that it’s my first time I even write a review !

The walls were paper thin could hear the people on the other side snoring both sides of the room. The place was 95% empty and the desk clerk put all three of the cast in one building., so foolish. Could have spread us out throughout the grounds. Floor also squeaked when people in the other rooms walked about. Don't know why the owners would have not put us different areas for privacy like I said the place was empty. crammed the three guests into one small building so foolish.

I’ll basically copy paste what I emailed management and NO response: Upon check in we called the front desk to inform them that the bathroom door is off the hinge and to bring someone immediately to address it. This door was off the hinge upon our entrance into the room, no one moved nor used it. No one came. I was walking from the kitchen to my room with my 3 month old and the heavy door fell on us. Thankfully it did not fall on my newborn however it did fall on my upper back/neck as I turned to protect him which has left me in immense pain. We called again and someone came, asked repeatedly if we touched the door when we said we did not and we found it that way. I had to visit my doctor for him to now send me to physical therapy for a neck strain. On our second day, at 4 am a drunken man kept crossing over the fence near OUR room into the motel yelling seeking a women (he seemed to be a worker of the hotel next door as he had on a uniform). He was yelling near our room and eventually made his way into the pool and was throwing chairs and trash cans. He continued to do this repeatedly for 2 hours. We called the motel multiple times no answer. We then called the police to address this situation, due to the reason our 3 year old and 5 year old were scared. That same morning right before checkout, as I am pumping breast milk for my newborn right on the sofa near back door and my children and nephews are playing in the little yard, a suspicious male comes in our room WITHOUT introduction asking if we have circuit breakers? My answer was no. And he still insisted and just stormed in searching all rooms. He insisted to go in the back room and we said there is someone sleeping. He STILL poked his head. He then walked out, but came back again!! There isnt enough room to write other details but: hotel is NOT friendly for strollers, beach path is not friendly for strollers, only plus is there’s a kitchen. But with kids we felt VERY unsafe. Spend ur $ elsewhere.

Renovations of the old facility were half-hearted at best. The cafe and bar never seemed to be staffed, and when it was something was broken so they couldn't make mixed drinks. Housekeeping came only twice in four days. This place is fine if you require zero amenities.

Great location right off the old Montauk Highway and a short walk into town.

I found nothing to complain about other than the cafe that makes alcoholic drinks opens after Memorial Day and I was there a few days shy of the date .
