The extra fee for parking. Although I didn’t notice it when signing the lease, it was there but if I’m renting the unit I feel the parking should be included because I can’t FLY or WALK there 🤷🏾‍♀️

The unit was very spacious and extremely clean. Plenty of towels/beach towels and kitchen supplies. The welcome basket was a BIG hit. We were able to take those snacks to beach and pool and just chill. Check in and out was super smooth and easy.

The location was amazing! It was VERY well stocked, clean and the host was amazing! They left a gift basket that my kiddos loved. The property was quiet, and one of our favorite parts was that we could see the pool.

We didn’t have an issue with it but it located on the third floor so you have to take 2 flights of steps. Only mentioning if that would be concern for you.

I absolutely loved the location & villa! The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and had anything you needed cooking wise. It was a short walk away from the beach and Big Kahunas waterpark is directly across the street.

The upstairs apartment made us feel that we needed to be very quiet when walking around.

This was a home away from home. This property was AWESOME it had any and everything you would need for a family vacation. We even mentioned that it would be great if the place had a beach wagon since it is a walk to the beach. The host went and purchased one for our unit in less than 30 mins. That small gesture meant the absolute most to my husband :) and he is hard to please lol. I would definitely stay again. Also, you are surrounded by a lot of funs things for kids to do, water park, go carts etc.

It felt like a little home away from home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. The balcony was a great place to hang out and unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. As well as things to use like beach chairs, plenty of towels, beach towels, and even floats. There was a gift basket there waiting for us when we arrived and that was a great personal touch. The manager/owner was simply amazing. She was responsive, helpful, and gave us ideas for things to do and places to eat. I enjoyed this apartment very much.

The entrance is kind of hidden but findable after you've been here a couple of days.

This is a very well kept condo/apartment. 3 bedrooms, 2 kings and 1 with 4 bunks. Full kitchen, laundry room, dining area/ living room. They personalized our stay with flowers and wine. There is a pool and the beach is just 200 yards away and there is a view of the ocean from the balcony. Super quiet area and no noises from adjoining apartments. This has been an amazing stay. If you need a vehicle to get around use the Turo app. All major car rentals are all booked. Uber is the cheapest to get to and from VPS airport.

one downfall- no hot tub on the premesis but still a great place to stay!

the property was beautifully decorated, smelled clean and nice (I am strongly smell oriented), comfortable and inviting! everything we needed was there for us. we had one incident with the smoke detector battery and since it was hardwired we didn’t want to mess with it but someone came within 15 minutes and fixed it. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Destin. the beach was beautiful and easy to access and the condo was close to everything we needed and wanted.

It was on the 3rd floor which was fine for me and my kids but, little hard on my parents.

The place was lovely, the manager was very helpful, and on top of everything. Any time I had a question I got an answer within minutes. Excellent service, beautiful condo,close to everything you need, we had such a great visit with my daughter. And the beds were so comfy, we are a family of early risers and we literally spent one day just laying in our beds reading or watching TV. I would love to stay here again.

The host was amazing !!! The property was great and very well maintained. I Loved the decor and the thoughtfulness the host put into the apartment to make you feel Welcome. Excellent location..My only complaint is no elevator for the 3rd floor. We had to carry our luggage up and I had one in my party with knee problems. Overall, I absolutely loved it!!
