The gal responsible for working the breakfast bar was so sweet but totally overwhelmed. Apparently there were no show employees, but no alternative arrangements were made. She was doing her best but it was just too much for one person. I felt horrible for her.

We didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast!!! For the price we paid, and comparison to the neighboring hotels, this should have been an option.

Bed wasn't the worst I've had, but was far from the best. Toilet was not comfort height (ADA height) which can be a problem for many seniors like me with bad knees. You don't need to be disabled to appreciate a comfort-height toilet. And if that's not possible, a grab bar near the toilet (not provided in this room) would help. I would advise anyone with knee issues to request a handicap accessible room at this hotel.

The hotel desk staff needs some customer service training. It was like we were bothering them. The one lady was downright rude and had a major attitude. Our reservation was for 3 people and we had 2 towels total in the room. Had to ask for towels both days because our room was never cleaned the first day. The desk clerk said that she was sorry but also never offered another room, even though we had rented another room the next night for our family that was coming to meet us. Very unprofessional desk staff which is sad because the hotel itself is nice. The coffee stand lady should be at the front desk because she knows how to treat the customers.

The hotel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants right at it, along with a Walmart and Sam's which was handy. The room was nice with lots of space. The lovely lady in the coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and seemed to know much more about the hotel than the desk clerks.

I thought a parking fee in Lima,Ohio was a bit ridiculous. Avocado toast in the bistro that didn’t have waitresses for $22 seemed real pricey. other than that it was a great hotel.

I contacted staff via phone after my conference was over, assessing the ability to return. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Also, I was placed next to a family that was very loud and using of seeing language on my first night and had to have my room moved. The second room that I was moved to the heat did not work properly, but at that point, I did not want to move anymore as I had a conference in the morning. The overall stay could’ve been better. The second night I checked in to the holiday and across the street.

The fact I was accused of smoking in the room and was charged and I don’t smoke and my partner smoke in my car once before he got there . Never was any type of smoking products brought in the room or anything
