Bedroom carpet was sticky in some sports but otherwise grand. The second last night there was an event on for the Orthodox Jewish community and they wouldn't let us into the hotel. The entrance was actually surrounded with tape that said do not enter. Me and my sister both walked in and security stopped us, asked to see our room keys and then after that had to check at the reception desk to see if it was all clear. Understand if an event was on but there was no heads up about it impacting us getting in. Then when we went to check out, left the hotel keys and there was no follow up questions asking how was your stay. Also because we were staying for around a week we didn't think it was cheeky to ask if our bags could be checked while we went and grabbed breakfast before heading to the airport. The receptionist said "you can leave them here but I'm not responsible" Didn't really fill us with confidence. For the price you are paying it's a decent hotel and enjoyed it until the very end, just those last few interactions left a sour taste.

Very spacious hotel, near local restaurants and staff were very helpful upon check in.

I wasn't able to keep the AC fan on continuously, so it would shut off and on throughout the night on an auto setting. Not a huge deal- I just like to sleep in a colder room. Also, housekeeping came in at 8:30am when we were still sleeping in bed so that was awkward, and I wish they were more mindful of their noise level so early in the morning.

Great location and the lobby is gorgeous! I was greeted right away and the receptionist was very polite. Convenient attached parking garage for just $10/day. Our room was clean and the bedding/pillows were extremely comfortable. Basic tub and shower with lots of products to use.

Restaurant closed, so no food/breakfast on site. One person actually surfed their personal cell phone when we approached the reception desk to ask a question, and we were not helped until a different employee arrived. The person surfing their cell phone just sat in the chair, while the helpful agent worked the computer standing, at an angle. Odd situation.

Rooms were spacious, clean, but the hotel itself a little dated, needs some minor maintenance. Front desk staff was a mix of indifference for some, but excellent for others. Good location, close to downtown, with coffee shop, IHOP and Mexican food right across the street. Price was very good compared with other nearby options.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, they are remodeling and working on improvements right now so the price was a great deal.

The property is close to downtown and a lot of fun action. Parking was great even though it cost $10 the ticket system worked great coming and going from the property

The hot water took more than 5 minutes running to come to 'warm.' We stayed over a Thursday night and discovered that the restaurant was completely closed on Fridays. Somewhere it should be noted before making the reservation. Maybe a note saying that they observe orthodox Jewish customs. That still wouldn't indicate that there would be no food on Friday morning.

We did find a 1 or 2 roaches which i guess cleanliness needs improvement and a nice hotel like that should have free breakfast

The interior doors to the room were thin and chipped. The checkout woman was not the friendliest.
