It was a tad tricky to get out of the showers because both handles to the sliding door were on the outside. It is not fun trying to get some grip on the smooth surface with wet hands.

I picked this location because it was quite close to the college campus, which I planned to go to the next day. The room was clean as can be, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Elevator need some maintenance

This is an excellent property. Recently renovated. Looks brand new. Special mention about the the people front desk. They were extremely helpful and nice. Food at the bar was also good. I definitely recommend

Once I arrived home and was like looking at my online banking…. I realized I was charged twice for my stay… the day I checked in and was charged again the day I checked out. I immediately called and was told it was there mistake but it would take 3-5 days for my $ to be refunded.

There were some areas in the halls that could have been more clean. There was also a heavy weed smell one of the nights in the hall. The location is in an office park, which is fine if you have a car but you won't be walking to anything.

A solid hotel. Nothing fancy. The bar / restaurant area was much nicer than I expected for a Holiday Inn. Large, modern, lots of seating. The rooms were fine.

Before using the bath/shower you needed to turn the water on and off again to flush out the brown water. But that could be from old pipes?!

Staff were friendly and helpful for recommendations. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was very nice and said we would be reimbursed for the rooms, although we haven't been.

The hotel was in disrepair. The pool was said to be heated and it was not. The whole reason we stayed here was to swim for my son's birthday and we were unable. The elevators weren't working correctly. The fire alarms went off forcing us outside in the freezing cold because the entry way ceiling collapsed. There was what looked like sewage water dumping out a pink on the side of the building. It was a disaster! I've reached out to the manager several times and he has not responded.

my family and I were discriminated at this hotel, we were swimming in the pool and a group of Jewish people walk in and Personal from the Hotel asked us to leave the pool because this group of people cannot share the pool with us.

Firstly I was over charged on arrival, I was told the difference will be refunded on check out, it's been 23 days still no refund,, secondly our debit card was charged again on the second night I was told someone made a mistake to charge our card, that all extra charges will be refunded on check out, I have contacted my bank numerous times, and they confirmed no refund from holiday inn. This is very disappointing and annoying. 23 days later after check out .I need this sorted out and all my refund paid back with immediate effect.
