⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Miami Beach! The location is perfect – just steps away from the ocean, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt very well taken care of during my entire visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect Miami Beach experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

This is more like an airbnb with apartment units that also has some front desk staff sometimes, so I do think the name "hotel" is a little misleading. The walls are very, very thin and we could hear all the nighttime activities of the people next door and above us. Pretty common in buildings like this so it's not a huge deal, but if you're a light sleeper, get earplugs. The owner sent us a message to give the place a 10 star rating to not hurt his business with a 9 and while the place was close to the beach, in a walkable area, and the room was secure....hotel implies room turnover/cleaning. We found out this isn't included and is instead a separate charge. This is the only reason I can't say it was a 10/10. We booked a place with hotel in the name expecting to at least have our room refreshed once in 5 days, but to pay for that separately did leave a bad taste. Especially when you realize how expensive and overpriced Miami is. Having gone to the beach each day, there was sand and sticky ocean salt everywhere, and our floor towel was looking a little dingy by that last day. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom so we had to use a plastic bag for other trash and had no where to throw it away. We didn't expect the room to be cleaned and made each day, but one time in a 5 day stay would be reasonable. The charge for cleaning the room was $30, maybe thats normal, but like I said we expected it to be part of the stay since its supposed to be a hotel so we didn't want to pay extra. Lastly, the owner trying to guilt us into giving a perfect review feels really manipulative. We opted for this place because it had such a high rating over others that had more amenities and were in the same area/similar price, now we were left wondering if the high rating is cause we all feel obligated to leave a good review. In the end it wasnt a bad place to stay I just can't give it a 10/10.

The place is located a few minutes from the beach and famous Miami landmarks, its so convenient for tourists who want to spend most of the time at the beach. There's also a 24-hour walgreens just down the block that made the stay easier. The room was clean when we arrived, its a little small, but it had a large bed, TV, and space for our luggage. The gentleman in the front was very helpful when we saw him although we try to be low maintenance guests so we didn't ask for much. The bathroom shower had good water pressure.

Air conditioning is somewhat heavier on the ears if your a light sleeper.

The accommodation was clean and location superb. Our host Maurice was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Check in instructions were easy and clear. There is a lovely Mexican restaurant next door with great owner and staff, only 10min walk from Lincoln Rd which has some great shopping. Endless amounts of restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk radius. Rooms were clean and tidy, with really good black out.

It is not, strictly speaking, a hotel, more like an Airbnb, so the name (Ad/Post) sounds a little misleading. There is no parking in the property, as mentioned, there is street parking, paid and very expensive though, something good to mention.
