the location is absolutely unbeatable. by the ocean, on the beach, rooms having their own balcony. and because of that they can get away with charging the high fees during the season. the basics -- sheets, towels, pillows, beds-- are adequate but not great. the furniture is sort of cheap. verything is functional and u forget about it because you look at the ocean and nothing matters, but still. the woman at the desk when i arrived was singularly non-friendly. no one seems to ahve told her she works in the hospitality industry. having said all that, everything is functional and works and there are a lot of places other than the balcony to enjoy looking at the ocean and sip some coffee.

Inside the room was terribly outdated for the price and the cover on the stained couch made the couch look even more disgusting. There was mold on the grout in the bath tub.

The room we had could use an update for the amount of money we spent on it.

This property is right on the beach and offers lounge chairs and umbrellas. The sunrise is beautiful on this beach. We loved the balcony at night and the food truck during the day. People were raving about the lobster roll.

Upon arrival we were told me needed to pay an extra 50 dollars because we had two cars. If this was communicated prior we could have accommodated but this seemed like a money grab.

Facilities need major updating. Not one usb outlet in room. Could not charge anything. Still have telephones that don’t work in the room, who uses telephones??? Upgraded needed!

This is not a resort , it is a low motel with outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds. It is way overpriced and nothing like the pictures. Our bathroom was extremely tiny and outworn. Kitchenette is ridiculous. For the price I would think they would provide some welcome packet , some water , some coffee, some sugar , some cookies for the kids…nothing! The whole experience was awful . The staff by front desk are not especially helpful or friendly.

Upon arrival, the blonde woman at the front desk couldn't find my reservation. She seemed annoyed as if it were my fault, another woman came and found it no problem. The blonde woman then had a difficult time running my credit card, rather than type in the numbers, she decided to embarrass me instead by asking me for another card as if I didn't have any money. After my card went through cause she finally listened to me, she handed me the keys and gave me half assed directions on where my room was located. The balcony has a screen door, with the slightest bit of wind, it pops out. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything that is going on upstairs, outside and next door.

The beach was beautiful & watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing.

Extremely disappointed with the bed and how old and uncomfortable it was. $ 500 a night, you’d expect for the bed to at least to be comfortable enough for a good night sleep instead of waking up with back pain and discomfort.
