We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe street below was very loud and kept us awake most of the night. We mentioned it to one of the restaurant staff as they asked us how our night was and when we were checking out the hotel manager mentioned to us that she heard we had a bad night and insisted she would pay for our airport transfer when we come back to Hanoi even though we aren’t staying with them. This made up for our experience and we were very grateful that they offered this service. So thank you very much to this kind lady we are very thankful!!
Very modern and spacious room with a good buffet breakfast. We only stayed 1 night here as we were travelling to Halong Bay the next day

Due to typhoons, our plans had to change, so they helped us change our entire itinerary, order a private taxi, and even carry our luggage to the taxi which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel! This hotel was in the heart of the old quarter, beautiful boutique hotel and the staff were absolutely lovely. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast location had great views. The best bit was the beautiful sky bar on the roof. Amazing view over the city.
