Location is prime and 5-10 mins walk away from main attractions. Room featured high ceiling and was quite spacious. The architecture and design of the whole place is generally very aesthetically-pleasing. The staffs were very accommodating and meticulous. When we arrived late to the hotel, most of the staffs were still on duty and expecting our arrival despite not being a 24-7 service.

Offering a restaurant and a terrace overlooking the medina, Riad Baba is located in the Medina of Fès. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Very spacious room. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.

Wonderful riad where you can have an exceptional experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive a great thanks to mohammed and abdo. The riad was very clean with a beautiful rooftop where you can drink your tea and enjoying the sunset, also breakfast was great and varied, while the riad is lmost 5 minutes to the (bleu gate) the main entrance and well located, as well as the explanations that the staff provides, you can have a great visit in the heart of the medina. Dinner was also fantastic, very delicious, and meets our expectations. Thank you so much Raid Farah for this wonderful stay, we will be back again❤️

Nagtatampok ng 4-star accommodation, ang Riad Hikaya - Fes Story ay matatagpuan sa Fès, 4.6 km mula sa The Royal Palace in Fez at 4 km mula sa Fes Railway Station. the staff at the riad were exceptional, they responded to all of our needs, answered all our questions and were very helpful overall. The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

From the moment we arrive we found him in parking wait for as and walked in to riad, they greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help with our bags. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. Mayroon ang Riad Hanael Garden & Spa ng outdoor swimming pool, hardin, shared lounge, at terrace sa Fès. The staff were extremely gentle, elegant, and welcoming—an amazing family that made me feel right at home. The riad has been freshly renovated and is simply beautiful. The garden is stunning, and every detail was perfect. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious, and the food overall was excellent.
