Its location is ideal for exploring Marrakech, while still offering a serene retreat to return to at the end of the day. Every corner reflects elegance, comfort, and attention to detail. We were especially touched by the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. On top of that, the thoughtful anniversary surprise prepared for me and my husband truly meant a lot to us and made our celebration unforgettable. These gestures showed just how much the team cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, professional, and always delivered with a smile. Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.

Very good location - on the edge of the medina, from where it was easy to go to the central square, but also close to a street with traffic, where the transfers could stop. Although the traffic was close, the riad was very quiet, so nothing disturbed my sleep. Clean compact room, good breakfast. And polite, friendly, attentive staff ... the best surprise on New Year's Eve! Many, many thanks for the friendly and best welcome in Morocco!
