We stayed only one night, but the second we took advantage of their offer to travel to the Sahara, to Erg Cheggaga and spent the night in an authentic Berber camp. We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after being left in another city during our trip in Morocco, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From the moment we contacted them, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even assisting with booking a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely safe, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They made us feel at home, accommodated all our needs, and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost while we waited for our new tour pickup. Huge thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Also, this section of the Atlas Mountains was the most beautiful stretch of Morocco I have seen on this trip (especially at sunrise / sunset time). Facilities are simple but absolutely fine. Strongly recommend to eat here, the home-homecooked meals from homegrown produce are as local and tasty as it gets!
