We traveled with bikes, and concierge was able to store them in a room off the lobby, where the bikes were tagged and secure.
The location was fabulous, along the riverbank of Melbourne with a great vibe, with lots of restaurants and shops and close to everything. We walked to a terrific footy game at the nearby stadium!
The room was beautifully decorated, immaculate, quiet, spacious and comfortable.

Loved breakfast and staff were very responsive when I requested gluten free bread - nothing was too much trouble
We were also spoiled with a bottle of wine and chocolate when I told reception it was our wedding anniversary which was a lovely gesture so highly recommend it and you have wonderful staff who do you proud

The Grand Hyatt is perfectly located on Collins Street close to theaters and restaurants. It was lovely and quiet, the views over the Yarra River are beautiful and the staff are lovely (gave us complimentary late checkout). The room is well appointed with coffee machine, iron, hair dryer and drinkware. The buffet breakfast is lavish and we spent over an hour relaxing and enjoying bottomless coffee. Would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend away or celebration.
