The location was marvelous, the staff were were extremely friendly especially the receptionist called Nadine. In the evening, we had the dinner in the restaurant and the staff were unbelievably welcoming. The morning there was a guy that the smile never left his face and a lady with a little girl who we assume as one of the owners was extremely welcoming. The rooms given to us were extremely spacious. We loved the stay in the hotel and will definitely visit again

The first thing I'd like to say is that everything was very clean. Even the obviously old items were clean and bright. We really enjoyed that. Our room overlooked the river and mountains, and it was truly breathtaking. The room was cleaned and the towels changed on our second day. The breakfast, included in the price, was very good. The omelets were especially delicious. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything that would make our trip easier. If you're traveling by car, the property has parking. The location is a reasonable distance from Hallstatt. If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, I definitely recommend this place.

Tento hotel prošel rekonstrukcí v březnu 2017 a nachází se v centru Altmünsteru, jen 200 metrů od jezera Traunsee a místní promenády. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál.

Seehotel Schwan stojí přímo na hlavním náměstí v centru města Gmunden, jen pár kroků od břehu jezera Traunsee. Nabízí panoramatický výhled na jezero a hory. Super poloha přímo u Traunsee, na náměstí - naproti radnici. Profesionální personál, slečna na recepci byla velmi milá a ubytovala mě již před 14h. Děkuji!

Just a short stroll from the scenic Traunsee Lake, our hotel is set in the picturesque mountain surroundings of the Salzkammergut region, ideally located between Gmunden and the heart of Altmünster. The wellness facilities were excellent, and breakfast was tasty. The staff is friendly.
