Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Palafito Hostel Chiloé se nachází v destinaci Castro v regionu Chiloe Island a nabízí terasu. Pláž Playa Sabanilla se nachází 1,6 km daleko a Iglesia de Dalcahue 20 km. We absolutely loved this hostel. We had room 8 with a beautiful view and a private terrace. We spent our entire rest day here enjoying the restful atmosphere and watching the tide go in and out. We made use of the lovely common spaces in the hostel as well. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Chile, with hearty homemade seed bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, and eggs made to order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Audrey gave us some great hiking recommendations and the food was delicious. The lodge is located in a beautiful and pastoral area with great views of the mountains and lake.

Located in Puyehue National Park, this hotel offers a restaurant, fitness centre and swimming pool. Puyehue Lake is a 10-minute drive and Antillanca Ski Centre is a 45-minute drive away. Amazing place. The best hotel I’ve ever visited. Would be better if one of the 8 pools was a proper hot pool though. Just a minor item.
