The host is friendly and quickly responds to all requests. Breakfast can be paid on the spot (we liked it too). And of course the beautiful view from the window!

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to change temperature of room. Front desk staff provided a lot of info and there were affordable vending machines. Location was good and easy to walk to most of city. Also able to easily get cab through app and food delivered through apps.

Featuring an in-house restaurant - reservation absolutely essential and a bar, Hotel Via Regia - VIAs-Hotels is centrally located in Görlitz. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.
