Everything went great at this property. This was a new hotel for us and it was an amazing find. The hotel was very clean, the room was larger than expected, the bathroom and shower were great. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip. Breakfast was exceptional, amazingly wonderful and so very delicious. We talked about this hotel every day on our Christmas Market Trip. I'd like to go back to Erfurt just to stay here! And yes, the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you're nervous about not staying at a chain or trying something new...take a chance, you'll be glad you did!

Everything about this place is fantastic. It is super cozy, but modern. Huge rooms, great bathroom and shower. Comfy bed, very quiet location. Super buffet breakfast. The best hotel in Altenburg!

I felt that I was arriving to visit friends. Wonderful people. The "Hof" is restored with highly evident professional expetise and care. The room was well appointed, impeccably clean, and very quiet. View on the garden. Breakfast was lovely.

See viietärnihotell asub Heilbad Heiligenstadtis 300 m2 suuruses pargis, Hainichi rahvuspargist vaid 2 km kaugusel. A very big spacious room with a balcony, and a kitchen place, the price was this apartment was quite reasonable. The hotel itself located on the hill with a beautiful view from the window. It is a small local owned hotel. The owner of the place was very attentive and ready to help. Overall, a perfect place to chill out for a weekend and to explore local town and surrounding hills. By the way, nearby is located the monument of the geographical center of Germany and also Mount Brocken in Harz can be seen from local hills. Danke fuer die Unterkunft !
